How we handle a complaint

• We acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
• We aim to resolve it within 15 days of receiving it.
• Please include your registered mobile number, a description of the issue and any screenshots, so we can help quickly. Never send us passwords or one-time codes.

If you're not satisfied with our response on a personal data matter, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
